IMPORT CONSOLE SHIPMENTS

• Cargo will be loaded on the same day from Singapore and will arrive Malaysia the next day, provided that documents are complete with Lampiran.
• All import shipments cargo should be delivered to our warehouse before 1.00 PM. which is our cut-off time. If there is any collection to be made by Bexxbay, information such as Invoice through E-Mail or Fax to be done before 10.00 AM. or information to be submitted one day ahead.
• Information on contact person details for pick up cargo should be accurate. Please inform your supplier to give full information of Plts, Dimensions and Gross Weight.
• When cargo is received, documents will be faxed to JB office for Customs Clearance and permit preparation in Singapore will be conducted.
• It will take 4 hours for preparation of Documentation such as : -
  • Outward Permit / Delivery Orders and preparation for custom clearance.
• Once documentation is concluded truck will be heading for clearance at Singapore Customs at 8.00 PM. which will take an hour
• Upon clearance at Singapore truck will be heading to Johor, our appointed agent in Johor is Four Winds Freight Logistics Sdn. Bhd. will proceed for Custom clearance at 9.00 PM. which will take 2 - 3 hours. Truck will leave JB at 11.00 PM.
• There will be 2 drivers for each trucks. At Johor our drivers stop to fill up of Diesel and for a short break. Subsequent at Air Keroh in Melacca drivers will exchange duty and start the journey, final at Tapah in Ipoh drivers will take rest for 1 Hours for Diesel & break.
• Truck will arrive Prai at about 11.00 - 12.00 PM the next day, and a break-bulk will be conducted at our warehouse in Prai Industrial area for about 1 - 2 hours.
• Outward permit will be hand-over to your Singapore customer within 5 working days.

IMPORT CHARTERED SHIPMENTS

• Booking information to be submitted one day ahead.
• Booking can be given the same day subject to availability of truck.
• Pick up will be done before 4.00 PM. Duration to process of documentation will be as Import Shipments.
• Arrival of cargo to your place of destination in Malaysia will be on the next day approximately at 9.00 AM.

EXPORT CONSOLE SHIPMENTS

• Cargo will be loaded from Malaysia and reach Singapore the 3rd day.
• Note :- We will try our best to deliver the cargo on the 2nd day,
• Documents should be faxed or E-mail to us before 10.00 AM. As matters on GST and preparation of custom form should be conducted. Communication on GST & permit matter will take an hour. Your goodselves will be kept informed if there is any matters arise.
• Information on contact person details for pick up cargo & delivery address in Singapore should be accurate.
• Cargo will be pick-up before 5.00 PM. Arrive Singapore the next day before 4.00 PM and delivered Singapore customer the 3rd day before 12.00 PM.
• Prai to Johor will be 11 hours journey. Drivers will stop at Tapah in Ipoh drivers will exchange duty, followed by a stop at Rawang Rest Area in KL for ½ hour break. At, then at Air Keroh in Melacca drivers will take rest for an hour for break, exchange duty, fill up Diesel and straight to Johor.

EXPORT CHARTERED SHIPMENTS

• Arrival to Singapore by 2.00 PM.

CONSOLE SHIPMENTS FROM JOHOR TO PRAI

• Booking confirmation to be submitted before 10.00 AM.
• Pick up of cargo will be arranged before 5.00 PM.
• Truck will leave Johor at 9.00 PM.
• Drivers exchange at Rawang Rest area, exchange duty, fill up diesel, break and proceed with journey.
• Truck will arrive Prai at about 8.00 AM the next day, and a break-bulk will be conducted at our warehouse in Prai Industrial area for about 1 - 2 hours.
• Delivery of cargo approximately at 9 - 10 AM the following day.

CHARTERED SHIPMENTS FROM JOHOR TO PRAI

• Booking confirmation to be submitted 1 day ahead.

• Pick up of cargo will be arranged before 5.00 PM.
• Truck will leave Johor at 7.00 PM.
• Drivers exchange at Rawang Rest area, exchange duty, fill up diesel, break and proceed with journey.
• Arrive Prai at 6-7 AM.
• Delivery of cargo approximately at 9.00 AM the following day.

CONSOLE SHIPMENTS FROM PRAI TO JOHOR

• Booking confirmation to be submitted before 10.00 AM.
• Pick up of cargo will be arranged before 5.00 PM.
• Truck will leave Prai at 8.00 PM.
• Drivers stop at Rawang Rest area, exchange duty, fill up diesel, break and proceed with journey.
• Truck will arrive Johor at 8.00 AM.
• Delivery of cargo approximately at 9 - 10 AM the following day.

CHARTERED SHIPMENTS FROM PRAI TO JOHOR
